Welcome to the Domus Imago website. By accessing and using this site, you agree to comply with the following general conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Object of the Contract
These general conditions regulate the terms and conditions relating to the rental of the holiday home listed on domusimago.com. the rental contract is stipulated between the guest and the owner of the property. Smoobu acts only as an intermediary and is not part of the rental contract.
3. Reservations and Payments
3.1 Reservations can be made online via the website.
3.2 The reservation is considered confirmed only after payment of the required amount.
3.3 Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on the site.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellations must be communicated according to the methods provided by the site.
4.2 No refund is provided for cancellations beyond the established deadlines better detailed in the booking process.
4.3 In case of cancellation by the owner due to force majeure, the guest will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Arrival and Departure
5.1 Check-in time is from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 Check-out must take place by 10:00 on the day of departure.
5.3 Failure to respect the timetable may result in a supplement being charged.
6. House Rules
6.1 Guests must respect the house rules, which are published on the site and available in the book house roule that the guests can find in the apartment.
6.2 Smoking is prohibited inside the property, it is allowed only in the balcony.
6.3 Pets are not allowed.
7. Guest Responsibilities
7.1 The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property during the stay.
7.2 Any damage must be reported immediately to the owner or manager of the property.
8. Owner's Responsibilities
8.1 The owner is responsible for ensuring that the property complies with the description provided on the website.
8.2 In case of problems during the stay, the owner undertakes to resolve them as soon as possible.
9. Insurance
9.1 Guests are advised to take out travel insurance that covers cancellations, accidents, and personal damage.
10. Privacy
10.1 Domus Imago is committed to protecting user privacy. The personal data provided at the time of booking will be processed in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.
11. Changes to the General Conditions

12. Applicable Law and Competent Court
12.1 These general conditions are governed by Italian law.
12.2 For any dispute that may arise in relation to these general conditions, the court of Pescara will be competent.
